Shipping policy

All orders placed on Franklycollective.com before 3pm during normal UK working days (Mon-Fri) will be despatched the same day. All orders placed after 3pm or over the weekend will be despatched the next working day.

Working days are Monday-Friday, and exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.

Before placing your order, please check your shipping address is correct, as we are unable to amend this information once the order has been submitted.  If you need to make a change to your order, please cancel the order and resubmit.

RoyalMail Tracked 24: 1-2 working days- Please note that RoyalMail does not guarantee this delivery estimate and can take longer.

DPD Next Working Day - Next working day to mainland UK.

International:

International Delivery: 3-17 working days
