Your order was placed on 30th June after our 3pm dispatch cut-off, so it was dispatched on the following working day, 1st July. It was sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24, which is an estimated 1–2 working day delivery service from the point of dispatch. Royal Mail delivered the parcel on 4th July, meaning the delivery itself took 3 days. We completely understand that it can be frustrating when a delivery takes longer than expected. I do love my necklace. I also bought one as a gift for my bestest cunt friend and she loved it. Only one person so far has cottoned on. I also love that!! I wear it to work and when I'm talking to 'one' I play with my chain. However, the only gripe I have is that the weight at the clasp is not heavy enough to keep the 'cunt' front and centre and the clasp keeps dropping round to the front. I'm forever adjusting it.

I hate the cheap chain. It's also very short. You should offer different lengths. I can't get the pendant off the chain, unless I break your chain. Not impressed
